This course satisfies the requirements for the State of Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification for application of the Utah Concealed Carry Permit. The class is approximately four (4) hours and covers all the relevant topics associated with the Utah Concealed Carry Permit. This course must be completed before you apply for a permit. To apply for a Utah permit, you must have a concealed carry pistol permit in your home state. There is no live fire range training offered during this session.

Course Format: This course takes place in our classroom at Artemis Shooting Sports & Training Academy.

• Passport Photos, fingerprint cards and applications will be supplied for every student

Who Should Attend:
Those interested in applying for the Utah Concealed Carry Permit. Eligible persons must be at least twenty-one, and have proof of good character, where the applicant:
- Has not been convicted of a felony or any crime of violence
- Has not been convicted of any offense involving the use of alcohol or the unlawful use of narcotics or other controlled substances
- Has not been convicted of any offense involving moral turpitude or domestic violence
- Has not been adjudicated by a court as mentally incompetent, unless the adjudication was withdrawn or reversed Is qualified to purchase and possess a firearm purchase and possess a firearm pursuant to section 76-10-503 and Federal Law

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a completed package for the Utah Concealed Carry Pistol Permit, in which all applicants will need to mail their package to:
